No more painstaking food-hunting at the grocery store! I've spend a great deal of time staring at food labels, trying to figure out what foods are going to be best while dieting. I've finally come up with a combination of foods that supports fat loss and allows for enough variety so as not to get boring. The best part of all is these foods provide me with great fuel for energy and I don't feel hungry!
I am an avid fitness enthusiast and I've tried many diets over the years in my quest for fat loss. Some left me up a creek, while others yielded me great success. Finally, I decided to put together my own healthy diet, based on a hybid of recommended foods. I've found through eating the right portions, consistently and logging my food intake; my weight loss has been best!
Through much research and cross referencing, I've been able to come up with a Recommended Shopping List for Dieters! I wish I had this when I was starting out and I hope it helps you! Now that I've lost 25 lbs. and kept it off, I'd like to share my shopping list with you.
